Troubleshooting Eligibility Issues
The absence of an Apply Now link from your account upon course completion indicates an eligibility issue.
Issues are flagged at two locations:
The CE Credits Eligibility and Purchase box located at bottom of Courses page (where you completed modules)

The
CE Credits Eligibility and Purchase displays
Complete (X number of) Modules in Action column.

Complete (X number of) modules notice posted in Action column signals that one or more eligibility requirements have not been met.
Completed Courses section on your institutional course summary page showing your course box with a
Not Earned link.
Problem:
Not Earned link in the right upper corner of course box indicates that you did not meet all eligibility requirements for CME credits, typically:
- number of modules completed < minimum required for CE/CME award.
- individual module post-test results < required 70% passing score.
- module(s) completed in previous and expired credit designation periods.
Resolution:Click on
Not Earned link or open the course from your courses page to review the CE Disclosures and scroll to
Method of Participation section to review eligibility requirements specific to your course.
Take additional modules, optional modules, or repeat modules to meet minimum eligibility scores.

The CME/CEU symbol indicated modules eligible for credit.
Problem:
Not Eligible text in the right upper corner of course box indicates that the course is not eligible for CME credits.
