Each institution is able to have as many administrators as necessary.
To add an administrator, a current administrator will need to email CITI Support requesting admin access for an additional account.
The support team will need to know:
- the username or member ID and name of the person to be granted admin access
- the research categories this account should have access to (humans, lab animals, RCR)
- if this person should receive email notifications when a learner completed a course
