CITI Program issues "Completion Reports" (CRs) for every course completed by a learner. In response to many requests, CITI Program now also issues course "Completion Certificates" (CCs) that learners may print or share.
Unlike the CRs, the CCs do not include quiz scores. They are similar to a diploma (click here for a sample) and more suitable for displaying or for sharing via sites such as LinkedIn.
CRs remain unchanged. Part one of the CR, the "Requirements Report," reflects quiz completions and affirms that all the institution’s requirements for a course were met. Part two of the CR, the "Transcript Report," includes, in addition to those required elements, additional scores for quizzes completed since initially passing the course, including scores on optional (supplemental) course elements.
Both the CRs and CCs may be shared by using unique links associated with each one. To locate the links, learners should look for the "Share" links in the Main Menu and My Reports sections. Click here for a separate article on how to access CRs and CCs. Administrators will also find a "Share" link option on the pages that allow access to individual learner completion results.
The unique share links are also included in the CRs and CCs themselves, and may be used to verify the authenticity of the documents since the links always point to the current authoritative version.
