Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)

As an entity that provides services to learners around the world, CITI Program is committed to compliance with all applicable legal-regulatory standards for data protection.

This includes those from the U.S., where CITI Program is based, such as the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA); and those from outside the U.S., such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

FERPA vests joint control of learner records in the sponsoring organization(s) for that training and the learner. Our policy is to release learner records only at the direction of designated administrators at the sponsoring organization(s) or the learner.

For more detailed information about CITI Program's privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
