I repeated the quiz but my score did not change?

Once a completion report has been issued, you will not be able to change the scores on that report. The report is issued once all modules required in the course have been completed and you have met the minimum passing score required by your organization.

You may review and retake modules by accessing your gradebook after the completion report is issued but new scores will not be reflected on your previously issued completion report. The latest scores and completion dates will be updated on the Transcript Report which accompanies the completion report when you print it.

You will be prompted to renew when your course nears expiration. You may review your expiration dates through the "My Reports" page linked on your menu bar. If you wish to renew early, please consult with your institution's CITI administrator.
