CITI Program Subscription Pricing Update Effective July 1, 2027

To continue providing high-quality training, platform reliability, and customer support, CITI Program will implement a 3% pricing increase for all base subscription solutions and add-on products for subscriptions that renew beginning July 1, 2027.

What You Need to Know

• Subscriptions that renew beginning July 1, 2027: Base subscriptions and add-ons will increase by 3%.
• CITI Program anticipates making modest annual market-related pricing adjustments going forward and will provide advance notice before any future changes take effect.

Pricing Examples

Example 1: Non-Profit Organization

• Current Research Foundations subscription: $4,000
• Subscription renews July 1, 2027: $4,120

Example 2: For-Profit Organization

• Current Clinical Research subscription: $4,500
• Good Laboratory Practices add-on: $750
• Subscription renews July 1, 2027: $4,635 + $772
