How to retake a CITI Program Quiz or Exam.

1. Locate the course or module that you need to retake. This should be listed in the "My Courses" section of your account dashboard. (If you are affiliated with multiple organizations, please ensure you are selecting the proper "View Courses" button next to your desired affiliation).

2. If you have completed the course in its entirety, you will need to select the "Review Course" button next to the course title to see the module content, you can then select the "Review" button next to any module to begin retaking the quiz/exam.

If you have started the course but have not completed all required modules, you can navigate into the course as normal by selecting the "Continue Course" button - then select the "Review" button beside previously completed modules to retake the associated quiz/exam.

FAQ's

I have reviewed and retaken a module quiz, however my Completion Report still lists my previous score. Did I do something incorrectly?

The Completion Report is a two-page document. The first page of your completion report always shows the first attempt scores. The second page displays your most recent/updated scores.

Is there a limit on how many times I can retake a quiz/exam?

No, there is not a set limit of attempts for retaking a quiz/exam. (CITI Program does not record the number of attempts a user has for a given module)
