Q: My professor said this course is free, but it is asking me to pay.
A: Courses taken through your university are covered through their subscription. You may have registered as an "Independent Learner" instead of through your university.
If you are on the payment page, click Log In to access your account:
Then from your landing account page, click "Add an Affiliation" to add your university to your account:
Follow the registration steps to add your university affiliation.
