Can I remove an individual who is not affiliated with my institution?

Organizational administrators can remove learners who are not affiliated with their organization. 

In this article, we will refer to the Learner interchangeably as Member.

From your Admin Menu, hover over the Members section and click on Search for a Member from the drop-down list:

Search for the member through the search fields or view a list of all members:

Open the Member Profile and scroll to the Institution Information. The Remove Affiliation link is located to the far right:
