INSTITUTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION REFUND POLICY

Institutional Subscriber fees are not refundable after the first Affiliated Learner has completed a course or ninety (90) days has passed, whichever comes first. For more information, contact sales@citiprogram.org. 


CME/CEU CERTIFICATES REFUND POLICY
Continuing Medical Education  -  Continuing Education Units

Refunds for purchases of CME/CEU Certificates are treated on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase, by contacting cmesupport@citiprogram.org. Processing fees may apply.


INDEPENDENT LEARNER COURSE REFUND POLICY

Independent Learners must confirm that they are not affiliated with a subscriber organization that could provide the course(s) purchased. Refunds are not issued for a course if the learner later determines that he or she has access to it via an organizational affiliation. If a course is selected in error, credit toward the purchase of another Independent Learner course may be issued, on a case by case basis, by contacting our Support Desk. Refund requests must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the course purchase date.
