Why am I receiving reminder emails about expiring courses?
- Page Views 77847
CITI Program sends reminder emails when your course completion is nearing expiration. Your organization determines course requirements, expiration timelines, and renewal policies.
Why am I receiving these emails?
Reminder emails are sent to notify you that your course completion is approaching its expiration date.
Each organization determines:
- Which courses are required
- How long completion records remain valid
- When refresher training is required
What should I do if my course is expiring?
To maintain your compliance:
- Log in to your account
- Access your assigned courses
- Complete the required refresher course
See our Getting Started Guide for help logging in and accessing your courses.
What if I no longer need the course?
If you are no longer affiliated with the organization listed in the email or no longer need to maintain a valid completion record, you can:
- Ignore the reminder emails
- Or log in and remove affiliation
