Independent Learner Subscriptions
Independent Learner subscriptions are beneficial to learners who are not affiliated with a subscribing organization and would like to purchase CITI Program training courses independently.
Before you register, please check our list of subscribing organizations to ensure you do not have access to CITI Program through your organization.
Access to independent learner courses is available upon payment of the applicable fees for each course.
New Accounts
If you are new to CITI Program you should complete the online registration process, which includes a brief account setup, course selection, and payment submission to access the courses as an Independent Learner.
Follow the existing account instructions if you have an existing CITI Program account and would like to add Independent Learner courses.
To register a new account, start by visiting our home page at https://www.citiprogram.org/ and clicking on the Register button.
Begin the registration process by reading the disclaimers and agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Click the Continue As Independent Learner button. During registration you will create your log in credentials, select your Continuing Education credit preferences, and provide account information before selecting your courses.

After selecting your course(s), you will see a summary of courses and cost before the payment screen.

Existing Accounts
If you have already created an account with CITI Program and would like to add Independent Learner courses:
- Log into your account.
- Click on the Purchase Independent Learner Courses link from your Courses page.
- Complete Independent Learner course selection and payment.
Independent Learner course purchases provide access to course materials that does not expire, and a single course completion certificate whenever the course requirements are completed. Note that Independent Learners desiring to receive an updated course completion certificate with a new completion date will need to purchase the same course again.
