Using Custom Modules within a CITI Program Course

Subscriber organizations can create and use custom modules to supplement CITI Program courses. Before submitting content, we recommend reviewing the official guidance document below for policies and requirements.

After reviewing the guide, please send the materials you would like to include in your custom module to the CITI Program support team. Once received, your content will be reviewed and a work time estimate will be provided.

Module Content Requirements

Module Text

Submit materials in one of the following formats: Word, PowerPoint, or HTML. All content should be finalized prior to submission (no track changes or comments).

Custom Videos

CITI Program can host custom videos as part of your module. Video setup is billed at the standard custom module rate; there is no additional fee for hosting.

Videos are hosted on the Vimeo platform. By submitting a video, you agree to allow CITI Program to upload it to Vimeo. Videos will be configured so they are only accessible through the CITI Program website and will not be publicly available or embeddable elsewhere. Access is typically limited to your organization’s learners.

Please provide a high-quality video file in a format supported by Vimeo. For details, see Vimeo upload requirements.

Fees

Custom module setup is billed at a rate of $100 per hour.
