Automated Downloads V2

The CITI Program is offering Automated Download Service V2,  an upgrade from the version of our Automated Download Service V1.

Access to Automated Downloads V2 is based on being assigned institutional administrator rights for the Auto Download role and authenticating into the system. Each Auto Download organizational administrator can create and save customized reports that can be downloaded in a .csv or .txt. format. These reports can also be programmed to securely feed automatically into your reporting system via a scheduled program job.

Features Available in V2: 

• Create and save custom reports to access from your admin menu
• Individually-assignable download keys, with expiration dates
• Restrict download of reports by IP address
• Request querystring includes a hash of parameters unique to the report and the date/time of request
• Date format options
• Report fields can be customized for each report
• Record of downloaded reports includes the number of records downloaded
• Set limits on the number of records that can be downloaded
• Reports can include inactive learner records
• Select member stages based on Groups/Courses or Research Category
• Reports can include learners who are no longer enrolled in the group
• Select member stages based on date range

Reports Types

Reports Available in V2:
Automated Downloads V2 utilizes 5 criteria to base reports on.
The administrator can name the report, select customer report options, and report fields. 
Multiple reports can be generated and saved utilizing any of base criteria. 

Completion Reports

These custom reports are based around course completions for learners at your organizations.

Custom Report Options: 

• Include courses completed by learners who are no longer affiliated with the institution
• Include courses completed by learners who are affiliated but no longer enrolled in the course
• Include the modules completed for each completion record
• Date Range
• Date Format Options
• Choice of downloading records using research category course

Completion Reports that are Expiring

These reports are based on expiration dates for course completions at your organization.

Custom Report Options: 

• Include courses completed by learners who are affiliated but no longer enrolled in the course
• Date Range
• Date Format Options

Gradebook Status: not started, started, or completed

These reports are based on the status of the learner's gradebook/course.

Custom Report Options: 

• Include courses completed by learners who are affiliated but no longer enrolled in the course
• Date Range
• Date Format Options

List of Members

These reports are based on the members affiliated with your orgranization.

Custom Report Options: 

• all members
• members who have affiliated since the last download
• members who have passed a course
• members who have not passed a course
• members who have not passed a course in the last year
• members who have not passed a course in the last 5 years

Most Recent Completion for Each Module

These reports are based on most recent completion date for modules in the courses.

There is a setup fee of $500 to initiate the automated download service, then a $100 annual maintenance fee thereafter. If you are already using Automated Downloads V1 you can upgrade to V2 free of the set up charge.
