The CITI Program offers an Automated Download Service, which allows organizations to download completion data in a .csv, .txt., or .xls format. These reports can be programmed to feed automatically into your reporting system via an SSIS package or scheduled program job.

There is a setup fee of $500 to initiate the automated download service, then a $100 annual maintenance fee thereafter. Please email CITI Program for more information or to start the service.

CITI Program is familiar with vendor reports for organizations utilizing Cayuse, Huron, IRBNet, Kuali, or other third-party vendors. Vendor reports provide your organization with additional reporting options and a seamless integration with the vendors' predefined requirements, including field names, field orders, and report types. There is no additional fee for vendor reports for automated download subscribers. Contact the Support Team for additional information.

Report Options:

  • Report 1: Completion reports earned
  • Report 2: Completion reports earned since the last time the data was downloaded
  • Report 3: The most recent completion report completed in each group
  • Report 4: The status of all completion reports (passed, incomplete, or not started) for along with learners who have affiliated with but have not selected a group
  • Report 5: Completion reports that will expire within a given number of days
  • Report 6: List of all members
  • Report 7: Modules completed by members

Vendor Reports:

  • Report 1: The most recent completion report earned by each learner in each group
  • Report 2: All completion reports
  • Report 3: Completion reports earned on or after a specific date
  • Report 4: Completion reports earned since the last download by the vendor
